Dear Team, I would like to raise urgent concerns regarding two important issues affecting my current employment status: Full & Final Settlement (F&F): There has been no proper communication or action taken regarding the processing of my Full & Final Settlement. This delay is causing considerable inconvenience, and I kindly request immediate clarification and resolution on this matter. Leave Deductions: Despite applying for comp-offs and submitting the necessary requests via email, my leaves are still being deducted. This has not only caused confusion but also negatively impacted my work-life balance. Additionally, I have escalated these issues my HR Priya’s management but unfortunately, I have not received any response from her or her management team. This lack of communication has added to my frustration and I urgently request attention to these concerns.
