Sir good evening Need little help. Day Before Yesterday the operations team sent me home due to skill issues. My skills are Hindi, Telugu, English, But Operations are applying Odiya, Tamil, Kannada and Assamie and asking me to manage in hindi. This issue was already spoken with EP HR pratima Maam and the issue was solved but My Team Leader Mahendra was not happy with resolution and wanted me to document including Operations Assistant Manager Praveen. Even I spoke with Process Assistant Manager Avinash sir and Assistant Manager Sharath sir, so they gave me permission day before yesterday itself to login. But I'm not allowed to login today also and asked to leave home at midnight.
